Tarantinov ‘Once Upon A Time…’ odnio Critic’s Choice za najbolji film

Sinoć, dan prije ojavljivanja nominacija za ovogodišnje Oscare, održana je 25. dodjela nagrada Critics’ Choice Awards koju se smatra prilično jakim vjetrokazom u odnosu na nagrade Akademije.

Ova se nagrada dodjeljuje u filmskim i televizijskim kategorijama. U filmskima je glavnu nagradu večeru, onu za najbolji film odnio “Once Upon A Time in Hollywood” Quentina Tarantina, koji nakon osvajanja Zlatnih globusa u kategoriji najbolje komedije sve više preuzima ulogu jednog od glavnih favorita za Oscar za najbolji film, dok rano favorizirani “The Irishman” Martina Scorsesea pada u drugi plan.

U jednom od glavnih iznenađenja večeri, nagradu za najbolju režiju podijelili su južnokorejski redatelj Bong Joon Ho (“Parazit”) i Zlatnim globusom nagrađeni Sam Mendes (“1917”) koji se pretvara u favorita u ovoj kategoriji. Glumačke nagrade odnijeli su favoriti za Oscar Renée Zellweger, Joaquin Phoenix, Laura Dern i Brad Pitt.

U televizijskim kategorijama nagrade za najbolje serije kao i na Zlatnim globusima odnijele su “Succession” i “Fleabag”, dok je za najbolju miniseriju nagrađena Netflixova “When They See Us”.
